It's always appreciated, our spa policy is to accept gratuity however it is not mandatory. We only add a service charge on services for large groups. It is really up to you. Do not worry about where to put bills in a robe without pockets: Tips can be left in envelopes at the front desk. Just ask when you pay the bill.
